The Trojan Advanced Energy Storage (AES) Battery recently won a Rental magazine’s 2023 Editor’s Choice Award. The awards represent the products garnering the most interest from rental equipment professionals and end users.

The maintenance-free valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery overcomes many of the limitations of standard absorbent glass mat (AGM) batteries.  Available in 6-, 8-, and 12-volt models, it powers productivity for:

  • Industrial Equipment Rental Companies
  • Material Handling Professionals
  • Access Equipment Owners
  • Floorcare Professionals
  • Golf, PTV and Utility Vehicles
  • Solar

The battery features a proprietary carbon additive that preserves the negative active material. Unlike competitors, it also incorporates additives and technology to protect the positive materials. It works harmlessly in a partial state of charge (PSoC), accepts opportunity charging and outperforms competing products by:

  • Delivering up to 3x the cycle life of standard AGM. Validated at 1,200 cycles at 100% depth of discharge. (Competitive products claim 2x the cycle life of standard AGM.)
  • Performing in temperatures from -40° F to 160° F (-40° C to 71° C).
  • Repeated testing to withstand long-term PSoC.

Find your Local Authorized Trojan Dealer or Master Distributor. Use the Trojan Battery Finder to identify the right deep-cycle battery for your golf, PTV, utility vehicle, floorcare equipment, aerial work platform or material handling equipment.
