Patcraft’s Local Reserve offers water-tight tongue & groove construction

Patcraft, a leader in high-performance commercial flooring, has introduced its latest resilient collection, Local Reserve. Available in 7″ X 48″ planks and 18 colorways, the collection ranges from traditional wood grain visuals to modern visuals, and includes a wide variety of species such as oak, pine, maple, weathered and straight grain looks. With a range of performance attributes including appearance retention, ease of installation, and moisture barrier, the collection provides a high-performing resilient solution for commercial spaces.

“When designing Local Reserve, we took a holistic approach to thinking about the technical aspects of the flooring, knowing that a product’s performance is built on understanding all of the elements involved in its development and its end-use,” said Kieren Corcoran, director of performance markets for Patcraft. “We thought through attributes including durability, cleanability, and quality and how they all work together to provide a balanced solution that, in the end, meets a market need with top to core performance.”

Local Reserve features a high-density core that can withstand extreme indentation up to 2,500 psi, and as Patcraft’s first SPC product featuring tongue and groove, the collection allows for a faster installation period as no acclimation time is needed. The rigid core construction also reduces floor preparation as well as telegraphing. The collection offers an excellent moisture barrier with a watertight seal protecting against top-down liquid and an ExoGuard+ finish provides enhanced scratch and stain resistance.

Featuring a 20 mil wear layer for superior durability, Local Reserve is polish- and buff-optional for hassle-free maintenance. The collection is designed to perform in high demand environments and offers a Resilient SPC with Indentations, a 15-year Commercial Limited Warranty that covers wear and indentations. Local Reserve is fully produced in the USA.
