How do healthy environments impact academic communities? Submit your paper to BHAC by Feb. 2

The National Consortium for Building Healthy Academic Communities is soliciting original papers discussing the impact of healthy environments on academic communities. The upcoming special issue of the Building Healthy Academic Communities Journal (BHAC Journal) will focus on how design and built environments affect the health and well-being of all communities.

BHAC is interested in publishing original research manuscripts, research briefs, systematic reviews, position papers, case studies and policy reviews.

BHAC considers academic communities to extend beyond educational institutions and include medical centers, hospitals, departments of public health, community organizations and partners, and policymakers. Building a healthy academic community requires diversity in people, thought, and research. BHAC encourage submissions that cover a variety of wellness topics including health promotion, wellness programming and management, environmental health and safety, epidemiology, preventive healthcare, and evidence-based wellness.

Papers may be submitted to BHAC by February 2, 2024. See solicitation poster below.
