  4. Walk-in visitors can also complete the screening process and receive a QR code.

Meeting hosts are automatically alerted when their guest arrives, and the visitor gets useful information in advance like, safety procedures and catering facilities.

The technology also help hybrid employees schedule meeting spaces or a desk for the day. The employee books the space needed and fills out a questionnaire. When the screening process in completed, the employee receives a QR code to check into their space. If the screening is not approved, supervisors are notified and the space is released.
