Lastly, the Ergonomics category highlights the most people-oriented products that are easy to handle and comfortable to use.

“Over 600 well-known brands, including many floor covering manufacturers, participate every year in this competition. We were very delighted to have won the ‘Product of the Year 2017’ in the Floor Coverings category with noraplan Iona,” said Dirk Oswald, Product Manager for the noraplan product family at nora systems.

noraplan lona, whose name derives from the Spanish word for canvas, offers an original splatter design thanks to its entirely new manufacturing technology. The floor’s base color forms the foundation for the designer to bring inventive ideas to life with complementary kinetic colors. The effect on the room can vary substantially depending on the color combinations and perspective: The flooring surface can appear both structured and as a single color.
