Aspecta Tilt & Tones introduces ISOCORE & Droplock 400

Aspecta Tilt & Tones

Building upon the foundation of the Aspecta One and Aspecta Ten portfolios, Aspecta Tilt & Tones pairs four new Tilt tiles with the neutral Tones tile palette to achieve custom looks. The collection is Aspecta’s first to be offered in both rigid core ISOCORE Technology along with the Droplock 400 locking system, and dryback glue-down LVT constructions.

Facilities managers, designers, and architects can choose from four different colors of Tilt tiles and two Tones tiles in four separate color groups. By mixing and matching Tilt designs and Tones colors, contrast and impact can be easily achieved. Furthermore, this system allows designers to either stay within one color group, or create new combinations by intermixing Tones colors and Tilt patterns from other groups.

Tilt & Tones has been developed with Aspecta’s ISOCORE Technology, an extruded, closed-cell vinyl structural core that delivers rigidity and strength to Aspecta Tilt & Tones while making larger formats easier to install through the DropLock 400 locking technology. This LVT composite results in a floating floor that is 100% waterproof and provides sound insulating characteristics through its pre-attached acoustical underlayment.

The new DropLock 400 technology enables the installation of 24” x 24” Tilt & Tones square tiles corner to corner in a checkerboard pattern for more design flexibility. The drop-and-lock technology facilitates a fast floating-floor installation, thereby reducing costs compared to traditional dryback LVT.

Aspecta Tilt & Tones in the rigid core format features a durable 22 mil wear layer, 7mm overall gauge, while the dryback/gluedown option offers a 22 mil wear layer in a 2.5mm gauge. Both formats are backed by a 20-year non-prorated commercial warranty and 10-year prorated labor warranty. The proprietary new Duraspect commercial surface protectant, an advanced polymer finish, provides improved and unsurpassed stain repellent properties and abrasion resistance.
