Zweig Group announced the 2017 Best Firms To Work For Awards, a prestigious ranking honoring the creation of outstanding workplaces at architecture, landscape architecture, geotechnical, environmental, and civil, structural, and multidiscipline engineering firms. These firms have been recognized for their ability create outstanding workplaces through workplace design, teamwork, excellent benefits & amenities, and work culture.
Firms were graded on a combination score of comprehensive employee surveys and corporate evaluations, then ranked by category. More than 11,000 employees from participating firms responded to the employee survey. Participating firms also receive a benchmarking report comparing their employee responses to those of the larger sample.
The winners will be celebrated at the Hot Firm and A/E Industry Awards Conference held at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, Washington on Sept. 21-22, 2017. This event, which is much more than just an awards banquet, is the industry’s largest and most comprehensive business conference for leaders and aspiring leaders of AEC firms in the U.S. The conference agenda includes topics on technology, leadership challenges, business planning, marketing methods, recruiting and retention, and growth strategies. The 2017 program has a special discounted attendance option for young professionals looking to network and learn from the best firms in the industry.
